Uwwa, ada kejutan, baru aja terima via email kira2 10 menit yang lalu. Si Boss ngirim hasil Performance Review fiscal year yang baru lalu (July 2003-June 2004). This is a company-wide yearly thing, all employees need to go through this every year. Ratingnya adalah 1-Superior (top 10-15% population), 2-Standard (75-80% of population), Z-Standard Low, 3-Underperforming. Mommy tahun ini di-rate ... 1 , huahahahaha, bahagianya Mommy .

Thank you God for all your blessings!!!! Duuh, rasanya gimana gitu, mengingat masa2 kalo dulu masih sekolah terus dapet rapor gituuu. Udah gitu si Boss nulis Manager Summary:
