Friday the 13th - sPOOky

Yep, Jumat kemarin adalah Friday the 13th. Orang sini agak2 anti sama yang namanya Friday the 13th. Tapi buat Oliver Mom and Dad, the first Friday the 13th in 2006 adalah hari bersejarah. Oliver untuk pertama kalinya poop on the potty! Yay! Congrats Oliver!! I know you can do it!! We look forward to more accomplishments in this area ... (juga look forward to not buying diapers anymore).

Oliver sekarang udah ampir 27 bulan. Kalo menurut buku2 di sini, 27 bulan adalah saat di mana anak2 ready untuk memulai potty training. Oliver sudah sekitar 3 minggu terakhir mulai bilang "kicipirut" (sakit perut) kalo mau poop. Terus udah minta sit on a potty. Kata Oliver's teacher di skola, Oliver suka duduk on the potty (potty di sekolah Oliver ukuran mini, khusus untuk para toddler) with diaper on (!) hehehe, terus setelah berapa menit dia akan bersihin bottomnya (i.e. diaper) pake bathroom tissue. Jadi konsepnya dia ngerti toh, cuman belum terlalu ngerti kapan musti tepatnya produksi on the potty.

OK deh, kita doakan saja semoga Oliver lancar2 dalam potty training. It was certainly a historical Friday the 13th for us.
